E Rock Responds to Snow Assisted MVA   By Web Chief Harold Dawkins February 13, 2010   With the month starting off to a slow start, A blanket of SNOW was the reason for a MVA occuring at the interection of Forrest Street & US Highway 1. The vehicle was making a turn onto Forrest Street when it hit a patch of snowy ice. There was three occupants in the vehicle with no one being transported to the hospital. Units: QRV 804,Lieut 3,Rescue 2,First Health Richmond EMS,North Carolina Highway Patrol.
